Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be in the original packaging
Be returned within 7 days of receiving the product
Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Items returned after 7 days
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Replacement & Exchange
If you received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
